We are recruiting consulting professionals for an opportunity to work part-time that offers flexible hours, high income potential, providing a wonderful chance to work with a variety of organizations throughout the country. Our consultants work to help fulfill the dreams of others.

We want self-driven professionals that are interested in working on projects or special assignments that offer you freedom of a flexible time schedule. we need professionals with a creative entrepreneurial spirit and expertise for making a difference, not looking for security in repetitious work.

Our consultants can elect to work with one client or several at any given time, based on their ability and our commitment to quality control. Our consultant's responsibility to DMCC is to provide timely, effective counsel to our clients at all times. Consultants generally work from their home, allowing flexibility of hours and work schedules. Utilization of today's modern technology offers us the ability to spend less "on-site" time is greatly reduced to between 5 - 10 days a month.

Specifics for each job will vary as to time requirements with each individual customers expected outcome as a result of DMCC involvement level in each assignment. As projects develop you decide whether the job assignment fits within your qualifications are area of interest related to time and travel.

No matter what the project, the highest level of professional and ethics is expected at all times.

Compensation

“DMCC” works with its consultants on a shared-fee arrangement. An agreed upon percent or dollar amount of the client fee is paid to the consultant responsible for the project. Additionally, all expenses related to each project is billed to the client.

As a startup company our goal is to create a professional pool of dedicated and qualified professionals that will provide expertise but do not rely on this as a permanent job.

This model provides clients with not one consultant, but a team of professionals using a collaborative approach by utilizing each consultant’s talents and targets them where it best serves the client. A lead consultant handles the primary management responsibilities of the client, with support from experienced DMCC executives and administrative staff.

DMCC takes a portion of the fee to pay the advertising and marketing costs to build the business. We also handle the management (billing, collection) from clients with designing and presentation materials for most all sales opportunities. All management of the company is run from our office; the supervision related to the client is run from yours.
