Dream Makers Creative Consulting (DMCC) is based in Gilbert, Arizona. DMCC serves to meet the needs of both established and developing nonprofits looking to enhance their organizational operations to best accomplish their mission.  We have worked with some of the most inspiring leaders of educational and cultural institutions; housing, community development, political and social service organizations.

Gary Yazwa, CEO

Gary Yazwa, DMCC CEO, brings 40 years of direct service benefits utilizing his 30 years as a President/CEO of two organizations bringing them from struggling organizations with little board and community support to becoming two of the top organizations in the country by developing and implementing a strong strategic Improvement plan addressing all phases of organizational development. He has worked with more than 150 organizations with a regional or national reach. Gary has raised more than $250 million in direct charitable support, and created a system for overcoming obstacles that affect the ability to build the fundraising capacity necessary for sustainable funding. He has managed and directed a $60 million dollar comprehensive campaign that supported facility expansion, program enhancements, staff retention, endowment acquisition and annual support subsidies during the duration of the campaign. Gary’s greatest asset is his passion for delivering a comprehensive look at an organization that not only includes short range goals but supports the vision for an organizations future.
